  Mike and Richard carried out the work promptly, and to a high standard. They were great at communicating and finished the work on schedule. They were also respectful of our house with working with as minimal mess as possible etc. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

  I can't recommend Richard & Mike of GR Property Solutions enough. They were very professional, always there when they said they would be and their work was of a very high standard. They are extremely reliable & also helped us out with any problems that there were with the suppliers (chosen by us) without question. Highly recommended!

  Kitchen Installation

  Richard and Mike were very professional and installed our kitchen to a high standard at short notice. They were both very pleasant to deal with, always turned up on time and tidied everything upon completion. Very pleased with the work they did and even used them again a few months later to install units and sink in the utility room. No hesitation in recommending them.
