They are extremely reliable & also helped us out with any problems that there were with the suppliers (chosen by us) without question. Highly recommended!

Richard and Mike were very professional and installed our kitchen to a high standard at short notice. They were both very pleasant to deal with, always turned up on time and tidied everything upon completion. Very pleased with the work they did and even used them again a few months later to install units and sink in the utility room. No hesitation in recommending them.

Very reliable and communicative company who work well as a team and completed all works on time before starting the next project which is highly recommended in my opinion.

The work included taking out old kitchen and ceiling, also floor levelled and tiled. The work took two weeks start to finish, allowing for drying times and different trades. The work was all coordinated by GR and different trades arranged, apart from granite, which was supplied and fitted by outside company. The standard of work is of high quality and nothing too much trouble. They are always clean and on time. I have used them again for additional tiling of dining room floor.

Gr Property Solutions installed my kitchen and bathroom- I have referred them to everyone I know as my wife and I were so impressed with the quality of their work- it is quite obvious they have been in this trade for some time. They have an eye for detail and take pride in what they do- if you can get them - book them!
