The company contacted me to arrange a quotation on Saturday . I confirmed that this date was free. However no-one came. I left a voicemail around lunchtime as no-one answered the phone. I left an email at 4pm to which I still have had no reply. So I wasted the whole day doing non-essential jobs while I waited.
