  The contractors arrived on the agreed dates and completed the work to my satisfaction. The invoiced amount was exactly what had been quoted in advance. Very happy to recommend and to use this company again.

  The company contacted me to arrange a quotation on Saturday . I confirmed that this date was free. However no-one came. I left a voicemail around lunchtime as no-one answered the phone. I left an email at 4pm to which I still have had no reply. So I wasted the whole day doing non-essential jobs while I waited. I am not impressed by the lack of customer care and will not ask this company for a quote in future.
