Small roofing repair

Finding roofers prepared to quote for very small jobs can be difficult. I posted my job, replacement of two broken tiles and removal of an old TV aerial, on Checkkatrade and GRM contacted me very quickly. They were able to attend almost immediately and all work was completed to a very high standard including replacement of a broken tile not visible from the ground, all at a fair price. Highly recommended.
Communication was great throughout. Everything was explained and I saw photos of before, during and after the work was complete. The team were polite and went out of their way to find tiles to match my roof. Would definitely recommend
James was fantastic from start to finish. Performed an outstanding job in refitting roof ridges that had come loose and repointed our chimney. He also added new felt, fastened it securely and painted with water resistance residue to ensure no leaks in the future.
Stuck to dates agreed and was very honest with what needed doing and best way to proceed. Value for money as well with prices exactly as quoted. Can’t rate enough.

Thorough, professional, friendly & good value

I’m so glad I contacted GRM for help. I had 2 leaks incl a chimney and wanted a moss scrape. Everything went well from initial appointment to completion. James is thorough, knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Communication was excellent throughout. He took time to explain, answer questions and offered options, costs and pros and cons for each issue which I valued. He took before and after photos which I found helpful. The roof looks great & I’m very relieved the issues have been fixed. I’m using GRM again to work on my shabby fascia’s and will highly recommend to friends & neighbours
