All great. They came quickly, completed the job and let me know exactly what was needed stay every step.

I contacted the company with an urgent need as our ~6 m2 section of flat roof was badly damaged. The communication was fast, good and clear. I knew I was paying a high price for the job, but I was happy to pay it given the urgency. We also agreed that the roofer on the day would assess and replace if needed the OSB at extra cost. Having taken all the existing tar up, the roofer told us it was £400 more to install two new OSBs and finish the roof. Once the little defaults were sorted, the work was fine. Total bill: £1600.

James was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communications, sensible and professional advice, good value for money. Concerning issues with problematic areas of roof dealt with and a sensible future strategy in place to address other sections of roof as and when can afford. Happy to recommend James and would go back to him for other roofing work.
