The most amazing company! Richard did a brilliant job cleaning the sitting room carpet which had been severely stained by our dog lying on it for years. Even though I was delighted with the work and the staining had gone Richard insisted on giving me a discount as he didn't feel that the carpet clean met the standard that he strives to deliver.
