Richard did a brilliant job cleaning the sitting room carpet which had been severely stained by our dog lying on it for years. Even though I was delighted with the work and the staining had gone Richard insisted on giving me a discount as he didn't feel that the carpet clean met the standard that he strives to deliver. I have no hesitation in recommending Grimebusters.

I was extremely pleased with the end result after Grimebusters visit & would recommend them highly. The technician arrived on time, checked out the job & told me that some old stains might not completely disappear but would probably be improved. He was very polite, cheerful & friendly & was ok with moving 2 sofas out of his way. He worked diligently, particularly on a few stubborn stains. Coal dust around the fireplace lifted out beautifully, leaving carpet like new; toothpaste stains removed & just one greasy mark left but much less visible. Will definitely use Grimebusters again!

I’m really impressed with the service from Grimebusters. Richard was able to fit me in on short notice, and Lewis did an outstanding job. The carpets and upholstery look refreshed, and I was especially relieved when Lewis managed to save a carpet in the bedroom from a stubborn stain. I was also pleasantly surprised by the successful stain removal from my piano stool, which I thought was beyond saving. Grimebusters truly go above and beyond.
