Greenways installed our boiler a year ago and then carried out an annual service this month. The team were courteous and very respectful of our property. The job was done cleanly and efficiently. I called these "Emergency Plumbers" on Thursday morning and they came around on Thursday afternoon. Their plumber said that the valve would have to be specially ordered in and left us with only partially functioning heating and hot water. I then looked around the various local plumbers's merchants to find that there were at least ten available for collection. On Friday, having had to call this company, I was only offered an appointment on Monday morning at some point!
