Posted job on Friday later morning. Job was completed by 0900 on Monday. Could have done with a confirmation email etc... As I wasn't 100% which company had called me to confirm the booking. Otherwise a great service

I called these "Emergency Plumbers" on Thursday morning and they came around on Thursday afternoon. Their plumber said that the valve would have to be specially ordered in and left us with only partially functioning heating and hot water. I then looked around the various local plumbers's merchants to find that there were at least ten available for collection. On Friday, having had to call this company, I was only offered an appointment on Monday morning at some point! I have been thoroughly messed about!

Basically he was on time, the work was carried out efficiently and with courtesy.

Would highly recommend this company. They got back to me very quickly after submitting my request on checkatrade. They evaluated the boiler and set out my options clearly and they arranged a full installation within a few days. The job was completed efficiently and was really happy with the work.

Arrived on time. Did the work required quickly and efficiently. Advised on a couple of other matters that were pending. Was polite and helpful.
