Not good outcome for me….

This company was new to me but as the reviews suggested they were good I employed them to clean one flight of stair carpet, a short landing, and 2 rugs. The carpet had coffee staining from an accidental spill. The price was higher than my previous excellent cleaners. Although it looked good initially, once the carpet had dried the stains were still completely visible across five stairs. I contacted the company hoping for a remedial visit but had no response whatever. Clearly given the extensive staining, more time should have been spent on the spot cleaning. Disappointing and expensive.

I have just had my landing, stairs and carpet cleaned by Simon. The lounge carpet is beige and about 15 years old- there were a few stains which I had struggled to get out He is a lovely chap and my carpets look and smell amazing now. I was considering replacing the carpet but now I don't need to. Highly recommend. I will be getting this done at least once a year now. Thank you!

The process to arrange was easy and very responsive. The operative was on time, cherry, efficient, respective and really professional. The cleaning was amazing, there were 2 really notable stains on the carpet and a further one on the sofa, which are now gone! Great service!
