Amazing customer service, what an absolute gentleman, frendly and caring, the carpet looks amazing, I can't believe how much the carpet looks better and smells lovely! Would be employing grease lightning again.

The process to arrange was easy and very responsive. The operative was on time, cherry, efficient, respective and really professional. The cleaning was amazing, there were 2 really notable stains on the carpet and a further one on the sofa, which are now gone! Great service!

Simon did an excellent job cleaning our sofas. We have three small children and the sofas had become stained and dirty over time. Simon cleaned the sofa cushions again and again and was determined to make them look like new. He also volunteered to clean our sitting room carpet so the whole room is transformed. Simon was a very friendly and polite person to have in the house and he couldn’t have worked harder. We would recommend him 100%.
