  We had a number of quotes for our basement flat damp issue. Granit and his team stood out as they were very upfront about the work involved. Membrane System Damp Proofing. The time it would take and the process of removal of existing plaster and render. dampproofing treatment and rerender and plaster. Once they got started there was no delays and they worked cleanly one room at a time. I was very happy with their work and finish and would highly recommend them.

  Granit is very professional from start to finish; as soon as he saw my wall he has confirmed it’s rising damp; his quote was very reasonable compared to those which break your bank. He used only 2 half days to fix the wall, and he and his teammate has been very neat and clean, cover all my furniture and helped to move everything trying not to damage or makes things dirty, he even fix my skirting board, wipe and clean the floor & all the surface; I have used many traders for jobs in my house but his team is simply the best; I am not exaggerating he is like a gem in the city, highly recommended!

  Rising Damp

  We noticed a musty smell coming from under our stairs and contacted GR Damp Proofing for help. Granit came out to inspect the issue and quickly identified the problem as rising damp. He explained everything clearly and carried out the work professionally from start to finish, keeping us updated at each stage. I was very impressed with his service and would highly recommend GR Damp Proofing to anyone needing damp treatment work.

  Granit and his team performed the quoted work in the timeframe stated, no problems, no hassle. Clean and tidy workers. Nothing but good things to say. Granit is very knowledgeable and explains what needs to be done and why. The plastering standards are really high. I'm looking forward to living in a dry basement now this work has been done. I had a full membrane and drain system installed. You won't go wrong using this company, they turn up when they say they will, they complete the work on time and to a high standard.
