Granit has done a few damp remediation jobs for me over the past 2 years in different rental properties. The advice and scope of works is always clear and the jobs have been completed cleanly and quickly. Good communication too.

Granit is very reliable and does an excellent job and guarantees his work. He sends photos of everything to show each step of the project which is very helpful as I couldn’t be there. He has done 2 jobs for me now and very pleased both times.

Granit quoted fairly and was first class throughout. Turned up and work was done very well on time and very minimal dust and cleaned up after. Overall a very positive experience. Granit and his team were punctual, polite, efficient, clean and, I feel, very reasonably priced. They were to damp proof a basement bay window and some surrounding areas. I am confident that they did a good job as Granit certainly knows what he is talking about. The time they took to complete the work was exactly as they said it would be. I would recommend this company for damp proofing work.
