  Insulation at top of house and attic conversion and insulation

  Dave was able to advise about what could be done with attic to make it a more usable space. He also insulated two bedrooms and the top landing. We were very pleased with the outcome and it has certainly made a difference in the heating of the top floor.

  Hall sub floor replacement

  Grayswood Construction have performed a few small building conversion/restoration projects for us over the last few years. Their approach throughout all stages has always been professional.
