    Garden Steps Construction

    After a slightly shaky start but having spoken to David, I agreed that his company should be given the job. The old steps from the conservatory to the patio and from the patio to the garden were demolished and the new steps were built to my specification and satisfaction. I specifically requested a handrail which was again constructed to my satisfaction.

    Insulation at top of house and attic conversion and insulation

    Dave was able to advise about what could be done with attic to make it a more usable space. He also insulated two bedrooms and the top landing. We were very pleased with the outcome and it has certainly made a difference in the heating of the top floor.
