  Fast, efficient and reliable! Highly recommended GPS.

  We have use Refaat and GPS twice now. First time we had a rear kitchen extension built, and decorated. And this time we've had an older side-extension renovated and repurposed. Both times, we’ve found the teams to be fast, efficient and reliable. They are also responsible and respectful. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Grand Property Services.

  Bathroom refit and renovation

  The project was complex and involved removing 2x shower rooms and 1 family bathroom l, converting into an ensuite toilet, large wetroom and laundry/ entrance room. Refaat communicated well and set expectations and pricing clearly from the beginning. The team managed the project with a tight turn around to a high standard while maintaining costs. Refaat was a trusted advisor throughout the process and helped advise on purchases and approach to ensure quality at a reasonable cost.
