After extensive works, the flat has been transformed to an incredibly high standard, with outstanding attention to detail throughout. We have use Refaat and GPS twice now. First time we had a rear kitchen extension built, and decorated. And this time we've had an older side-extension renovated and repurposed. The project was complex and involved removing 2x shower rooms and 1 family bathroom l, converting into an ensuite toilet, large wetroom and laundry/ entrance room.
