  House Refurbishment (phase 2 completed / all phases now completed)

  Following on from my phase 1 review, the second, and final phase, of our refurbishment is now complete. This phase included an extension to our upstairs family bathroom, reconfiguration of the upstairs hallway and reconfiguration of a bedroom. Once again, I have nothing but positive words to say about Ben and his team. Excellent workmanship, comms and assistance throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend Grand Developments.

  Ben’s team were respectful and worked tidily ensuring all areas not affected by the building work were properly protected. The work was completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.

  House Refurbishment (phase 1 complete)

  Friends of ours recommended Grand Developments for our house refurbishment. At quote stage, we were provided with an itemised quote and Ben was highly communicative throughout. Phase 1 (ground floor) involved an extension, major internal reconfiguration & a lot of steel work. This phase is now complete. We are very impressed with the outcome & the whole process has been very smooth. Ben & the team have been thoroughly professional throughout. Phase 2 (first floor) is underway & I will review again once that is complete. I have no hesitation in recommending Grand Developments.

  Ben and the whole Grand Developments team were amazing! They were punctual, tidy, professional and highly skilled. Communication was great, and any questions or concerns answered quickly and with genuine interest in producing the best possible results within the budget.   Extension and full renovation

  Grand Developments just finished a full house renovation with an extension for me. I had never done a renovation project before and was quite daunted. But my experience with Grand Developments couldn't have been better. Ben and his team are professional, responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and flexible. Their quality standard is very high and they all seem to take real pride in doing the job properly. I always knew what was going on, what needed doing on my side to keep things moving, and where we were in terms of timing and budget. I highly recommend Ben and Grand Developments!
