Friends of ours recommended Grand Developments for our house refurbishment. At quote stage, we were provided with an itemised quote and Ben was highly communicative throughout. Phase 1 (ground floor) involved an extension, major internal reconfiguration & a lot of steel work. This phase is now complete. We are very impressed with the outcome & the whole process has been very smooth. Ben & the team have been thoroughly professional throughout. Phase 2 (first floor) is underway & I will review again once that is complete. I have no hesitation in recommending Grand Developments.

Grand Developments just finished a full house renovation with an extension for me. I had never done a renovation project before and was quite daunted.
