  I used this service recently and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The initial quote was £40, and I only found out about the invoice amount and charges at the time of payment. I was told additional charges were due to “waste,” but no extra waste was actually removed, and some items weren’t taken at all. VAT was never disclosed in the quote or terms. Communication about arrival times was minimal, and I had to proactively ask for details. While the work was completed, the way the charges were handled and lack of transparency made this a stressful experience. I would caution other

  You added additional waste which is why the extra charges were added as per terms and conditions A arrival slot was agreed and we arrived within that time as per terms and conditions Vat was included in tge origaial estimate and was not a additional vat is also mentioned in the terms and condituons Ruining a trades reputaion due to you adding additional items is totally unfair Anyone wany more information? I'm more than happy to send over all the screenshots.An agreement track in times etc

  Arrived at the time agreed. Cleared all rubbish from the garage and carefully brought down a bed from upstairs. Even swept the drive afterwards. Very friendly guys. Would recommend.

  Affordable, reliable fast and friendly.

  I had some rubbish to get out the house after moving in, the guys worked rapid filling quite a few skip bags of rubbish that turned out to be pretty heavy but they still did the work really quick and were really lovely lads. I'd called a few other firms but Gareth's team were by far the cheapest. can't fault them and will certainly use them again, they saved me a lot of time, effort and money.

  Gareth and his team were excellent - all the waste was properly sorted and removed quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves too. I can’t rate them too highly - fantastic service.
