They arrived within the stated time and both men were very polite and friendly. Their rates are excellent and not unreasonable at all. They started straight away and worked very quickly and efficiently, and within a few minutes they had done and were cleaning everything up,leaving everything neat and tidy before they left. I got in touch with Gareth when clearing rubbish from the home of my recently deceased sister. We had planned to take it all to the tip ourselves but quickly realised the job was too big for us to manage. Gareth responded straight away even though it was a Sunday lunchtime. He said he was happy to come out and allowed us time to finish bagging all the rubbish before he came. When he arrived he was very friendly and efficient and got everything done very quickly. And waivered his usual emergency call out charge due to the circumstances. Would highly recommend, fantastic customer service.
