  Installation Of Signage

  We contracted Mike to complete a small job installing some signage for a community project. We are delighted with the high quality of work completed. Mike was professional, and timely in his responses to emails. The work was undertaken swiftly and at a very reasonable price. We would recommend to other businesses/community services and would use him again.

  Living room plastering

  We needed some plastering work done in the living room to repair cracks that had developed over time. Mike was able to talk us through our options and arrange for someone to pop round and have a look. We were initially concerned about the chaos and damage to the room as plastering can be messy, but were pleasantly surprised at how well Scott was able to prep and keep the working area clean. Some great on-going advice from Mike and Scott throughout. Would use them again without hesitation.

  Kitchen fitted, chimney removed

  All the workmen were friendly, efficient and knew theyre jobs. The chimney was removed and supported as per surveyors report very quickly. Lee, the carpenter/kitchen fitter was very good, and Mike, the owner kept calling in to see progress. Outcome is quality guranteed. Would dwfinately use again

  Renovations of community hub.

  We contracted Mike to renovate a community building to make it more accessible and expand it's use. We are delighted with the high quality of work completed. Mike was professional, as was his team. He understood we were working with a strict budget and advised accordingly, helping us to get the most out of the funds available. Mikes work was completed to a very high standard and he worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed in the time frame specified, even working through the weekend to ensure this. We would recommend to other businesses/community services and would use him again.

  Renovation of 1960s bungalow, including full rewire, new bathroom and various building works.

  GP Property Developments were very responsive and communication was excellent from quote to completion. Substantional renovations were carried out around us while we continued to live on the property, all workmen were very accomodating of our needs and extremely flexible. GP Prop Devs coordinated all parties and disciplines as required. Work included total rewire, new bathroom suite + tiles, 20 new window panes, 11 new doors, new flat roofs, fireplace removal and full decoration throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend/reuse this company again.

  Usable cellar space

  Mike and his team did a great job in making our cellar space more usable. Mike was always available for a conversation about the project and made sure he sent us updates of all the works. Project was completed in the timeframe that was specified.
