Mike and his team have been brilliant! Our project was a big reno (extension, new plumbing, electrics, windows throughout plus more!) so there was a lot to coordinate but with Mike as project manager he took all the stress out of the process. He was contactable and responsive, answering our queries, providing advice when issues arose and keeping us updated. Mike was as committed to our vision as we were, delivering an ambitious schedule of works, on time, to a high quality standard. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional and personable contractor experience.

We had Mike and his team from GP Property Developments out to raise a single storey extension. Mike was very prompt with looking and quoting for the job and filled me with confidence due to his knowledge. When the job started we hit some issues with making the windows the same as the original victorian house in style. Mike was very understanding and his team came up with a solution with the structural engineer to allow us to progress with the style of windows we wanted. The build went smoothly after these issues were resolved and we are really happy with the end result.

This is the second time I've used GP Property, previously for an extension and I was so happy with the result they were my first choice when I needed some more work, this time several patio areas, fascias, gutters, and some brickwork & patio doors. Just like last time it was a great experience, the communication was excellent with thorough discussion about requirements and updates throughout the process, and the final result exactly as imagined and finished to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend GP Property and will certainly be returning to them in future for my next project.

Mike and his team are exceptional at what they do. They are reliable and were always communicating with us throughout our project. It really is a breath of fresh air to have a builder provide you with a work schedule outlining the work being carried out on each day of the project. I would not hesitate in recommending GP Property Development to anyone undertaking any building work.

We contracted Mike to complete a small job installing some signage for a community project. We are delighted with the high quality of work completed. Mike was professional, and timely in his responses to emails. The work was undertaken swiftly and at a very reasonable price. We would recommend to other businesses/community services and would use him again.

We needed some plastering work done in the living room to repair cracks that had developed over time. Mike was able to talk us through our options and arrange for someone to pop round and have a look. We were initially concerned about the chaos and damage to the room as plastering can be messy, but were pleasantly surprised at how well Scott was able to prep and keep the working area clean. Some great on-going advice from Mike and Scott throughout. Would use them again without hesitation.
