  Quick diagnosis and repair from Jason has given us our bath back!

  Excellent service from start to finish. Jason was flexible in his availability and arrived promptly. He quickly identified the source of the bath leak, and explained the issue clearly. He carried out the repair efficiently and to a high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy and advising us on repair work to the impacted ceiling. Friendly, professional, and stress-free throughout. I’d highly recommend and would definitely use Jason's services again.

  Definitely a number to keep for future reference

  I had two relatively minor problems which Jason quickly sorted out - a water flow problem with the shower and what sounded like a leak from one of the pipes whenever the hot water was running. The shower was fixed quickly and it turned out there was no leak but was heat expansion in plastic pipes. Jason was professional, polite, friendly and on time. There was no call out charge and the cost of the work was £75 which I thought was very reasonable. I would be pleased to recommend him and would call on him again if needed.

  Gough plumbing arrived on time and accessed my plumbing and new what needed doing straight away, he explained what he was going to do, which gave me confidence in his ability to fix my problem, he consentrated on the work in hand, and finished the job having been professional without. I was happy to have chosen his company and have already recommended him to friend's, thank you Gough plumbing

  Problems with a Grohe kitchen instant hot water tap.

  From a late evening call for help, Jason’s speedy response meant my issue was being dealt with the very next working day. Jason exudes an enormous amount of professional insight matched by a problem solving ethic. His approach has left me in a much better position than simply a repair job for which I’m grateful. I can’t recommend him enough and you’d be mad to go elsewhere for such a service quite frankly.

  Difficult Hive install replacing a Nest system that had been put in badly - Jason was patient and methodical and got it done with the minimum of fuss so very happy
