Jason was excellent to be fair. Good communication from the outset arranging best time/day to attend. On the day was on time and carried out the service as expected. Few issues our end (paperwork not aligned to current boiler model and a pressure issue on the day) but all addressed and fixed without any problems. Looked for a quote via Checkatrade literally back end of last week, Jason was on the ball and responded quickly and all serviced by midday the following Tuesday so can’t ask much more. Would definitely recommend Jason at Gough Plumbing & Heating for sure. Thankyou.

Jason did a great job. He was quick, clean and friendly.

We just needed a annual boiler service, Jason did this quickly and without any issue. After he has been can tell he had been at all, no mess and everything worked as expected! Communication was good too
