I called Steve about a leak around the chimney. He came out quickly, assessed the area and showed me photos of the damage, clearly explaining what needed to be done. He answered all my questions and really put me at ease. The quote was affordable, the work was completed to a very high standard and everything was cleaned up afterwards. He was friendly and professional, took care of some extra work on the roof within the same quote, and put sensible precautionary measures in place. Job location: BH23Harry came out quickly to assess and investigate the source of the water leak. He provided some really helpful advice and information on the best way to tackle the problem. They replaced the valley with a dry system which appeared to be the source of the problem together with new felt and then reinstalled the tiles. Overall the guys worked really well together, keeping me informed of progress and inviting me to check and see the work as it progressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
