The work was explained in detail before it commenced. Updates were provided whilst the work was ongoing. Any issues that arose were discussed and resolved mutually. The builders worked extremely hard to get the job done within the stated time.

I recently had the back of my house repointed and some bricks replaced by Steve and his sons, they carried out the work very professionally, in a very timely manner and for a great price. I am very impressed with the work and the quality, everyone mentions how good the work looks. I would highly recommend for any brickwork tasks!

We had birds getting in under the gable end side. Goss & Sons responded promptly to our enquiry and proposed a solution. Very happy with what they have done and the way that they did it - polite, courteous, good communication and the finished work looks great.
