I would unreservedly recommend this company. Their response was quick and timely, and the plumber who came to replace a central heating valve was polite, informative and thorough. He kept us informed of the problem diagnosis, the cost of the replacement parts and overall costs, and fitted in with our requests as to timing of the work. It was a pleasure to have dealt with Good Plumbing and I will be using them again if the need arises.

Boiler showing red alarm and clearly in need of repair.

Overall, the company responded very quickly to my request for an engineer to visit, and gave me a time window for the following day. The engineer (Michael) called in advance to let us know when he would arrive. He then identified the problem and carried out the repair very quickly. He explained what the issue was and once fixed, took time to ensure everything was okay and that the boiler came back up to temperature. Great service!

Professional and efficient company

Goodplumbing fitted a new boiler for us recently. We were very impressed with their professionalism from beginning to end. We were given different options to consider and felt able to ask any questions that we had. The boiler fitting was quick and painless and there was no mess left behind, We would not hesitate to recommend them.
