Overall, the company responded very quickly to my request for an engineer to visit, and gave me a time window for the following day. The engineer (Michael) called in advance to let us know when he would arrive. He then identified the problem and carried out the repair very quickly. He explained what the issue was and once fixed, took time to ensure everything was okay and that the boiler came back up to temperature. Great service!

Professional and efficient company

Goodplumbing fitted a new boiler for us recently. We were very impressed with their professionalism from beginning to end. We were given different options to consider and felt able to ask any questions that we had. The boiler fitting was quick and painless and there was no mess left behind, We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Good plumbing by name and good plumbing by nature. Really impressed with the company from day 1 . A professional assessment and good customer care and advice to great installation. Kept informed. House left clean and tidy: A company i would totally recommend. I’ve now signed up for the annual subscription for boiler and water tank maintenance
