Nick was very polite, friendly and professional whilst guiding me through what was needed, the systems I could have and what the work entailed for the cost. George and John were on time every day and stayed throughout the day, were so friendly, polite and professional. Certainly knew their trade and were considerate of the house, tidying up each day, and showing and telling me the work to do and what had been done and answering my loads of questions. Final walkthrough and checks completed. Excellent company and service and staff. Would recommend and use again. Got my hot bath in the end.
