Was so impressed today. George arrived on time, was super friendly, spotted the issue quickly and tried to fix the flush valve. When he couldn't he went out to grab the part and fitted it. Every step of the way he stated what he was doing.

The tradesman was on time, courteous and friendly. He replaced the part with no fuss and pointed out a potential future issue with a part. The boiler was service as part of the price. All in all very happy with the speed of service as I posted the issue the day before and the price. Would recommend!

I did my best to disconnect & flush through my kitchen sink outlet following a stubborn blockage that Mr.Muscle couldn't shift, but the corroded connections made it beyond my control. Phoned good plumbing as I've used them before. Same day response - my plumber was delayed due to previous job, but kept me updated on his new arrival time and updated again when it shifted back. Georgie was polite, respectful of my house, taking his boots on and off at the front door without prompting. Just the right level of chatty and all sorted, including a trip to pick up a part in less than a hour. 10/10

We have just had our old shower cubicle stripped and new panels and shower tray installed. George and Lee were the guys who did the job. They were both punctual, polite and communicated every aspect of the job. They completed the job and cleared everything up afterwards. Excellent work and would highly recommend this company. Nick the manager of the company also checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work and to update us about the waste removal.

Brilliantly done, completely satisfied with the results, old Boiler removed from loft, new Boiler fitted to Kitchen, wonderful ethics, they listened to my requests and did a fantastic job in every way Had to be done as I am Disabled and cannot climb up to the loft anymore, Now have New Boiler in Kitchen, great,made easier for us to live. Cannot thank them enough for doing a wonderful job, they care, and I am so glad, 2nd job they have done for us, will always recommend them 10/10 all the way Thanks Lads
