  We had a quick response to our Enquiry from Karl at Goodey Services, he made an appointment and came out to see us as we were needing to have a new boiler and alterations to our heating system through out our home. Karl gave us the confidence needed and we arranged to have the necessary works carried out. Karl was very professional, trustworthy, courteous, reliable and hardworking and his knowledge is vast and he was clean & tidy and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work and took the time to explain exactly how the system worked to us both.   Really easy to book and was contacted very quickly. Karl accepted the job and we were booked in. He came and done the job, replaced the part that was the problem and gave great advice. I would highly recommend 👌

  Inspection of oil tank.

  Requested an inspection of oil tank. Karl from Goodey Services Ltd responded immediately. I did not have to wait for an appointment and Karl provided certificate/paperwork immediately after inspection. Communication excellent; Karl took time out to explain findings and was very helpful.

  Replacement Hot Water Cylinder

  Replacement Hot Water Cylinder The work was carried out on the booked date and was efficiently performed. The new cylinder is working well. The old cylinder was removed and te apartment was left in a clean and tidy state. Details of the new cylinder were explained to me and it has been registered with Baxi. The cost was exactly as estimated. I am pleased to recommend Karl Goodey to others with plumbing problems.
