Replacement Hot Water Cylinder The work was carried out on the booked date and was efficiently performed. The new cylinder is working well. The old cylinder was removed and te apartment was left in a clean and tidy state. Details of the new cylinder were explained to me and it has been registered with Baxi. The cost was exactly as estimated. I am pleased to recommend Karl Goodey to others with plumbing problems.

Great experience from start to finish with Goodey Services. Highly recommend. Found and chosen from Checkatrade at random, but pleased i did. Fantastic communication from Katie throughout. Booked in for a Service, but before that was done I had an issue with heating programmer that I highlighted to them. Karl knew of the issue immediately and offered to replace the programmer at a reasonable price. Karls service uncovered that my previous service/s hadnt actually ever been carried out properly so boiler was in a state, but Karl put it right. Wont be going anywhere else for boiler servicing.
