The company replied very quickly to my Checkatrade request and we were able to make an appointment for a plumber to visit my flat the following day. The plumber arrived at the time we'd arranged and analysed the problem. Two days later he was able to come back and install a new part for my boiler. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.
