The company replied very quickly to my Checkatrade request and we were able to make an appointment for a plumber to visit my flat the following day. The plumber arrived at the time we'd arranged and analysed the problem. Two days later he was able to come back and install a new part for my boiler. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.

My downstairs neighbour complained of having water running down his wall which could only have been coming from my flat above. Having been let down by plumbers on two days running, I called Goode's late in the afternoon and they said they could send someone the next day between 1000 and 1400hrs. Shortly after 1000 the next morning, Dan arrived. He found the cause of the leak within a few minutes, then drove off to obtain parts which he needed. He was soon back and got to work making the repairs. All was fixed within 2 hours and I was very pleased with the price. Highly recommended.

Diagnosed and fixed a fault which had previously been described as 'unrepairable'. Really impressed as essentially saved us from being persuaded to install a new boiler from elsewhere! Kept to good time and a reasonable price.
