  Appalling service.

  I will be contacting Checkatrade to make a formal complaint. Company charged £456 fee upfront for inspection. Despite me highlighting the rat activity was downstairs near the kitchen/main drain they decided to go up to the attic and install traps (after 3 weeks of chasing them the traps were collected and were empty). Told I would need to pay a further £400+ for camera inspection (Why wasn't this done initially?) and the to pay for the treatment on top of that. They have offered to refund £342 of the initial fee I paid (still waiting for this refund).

  Wasp nest clearance!

  We recently had a wasps’ nest causing a real headache, and Gold Pest Control were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the first call, they were professional, friendly, and reassuring. They came out quickly, explained everything clearly, and dealt with the problem efficiently and safely. What really stood out was how thorough and respectful they were – they didn’t just treat the nest, but also made sure we understood what had been done and gave advice on preventing future issues. Within no time, the wasps were gone and we felt at ease again. I highly recommend Gold Pest Control!

  Contacted during weekend. Promptly replied and booked my appointment. Very transparent about charges. Turned upon on agreed time and job done. Best service used second time. Same Quality service year after year.
