Oliver was extremely helpful and patiently answered my many questions about starlings in the roof. I had to have scaffolding put up which bumped up the cost but I’m very happy with the metal grill put up by Martin and don’t think he would have been able to do the job as easily on a ladder.

Very nice guy turned up at the appointed time, spent a while working out the best way to deal with the problem, and did his stuff. There were still a couple of wasps in the loft two days later (there had been dozens before) and I suspect they came into the loft some time after the spraying

Wasps were nesting in an outside wall cavity. Prompt efficient service from Oliver who sprayed the nest and promised to come back and re-spray if any stragglers tried to return. Also gave a one year guarantee.
