  Trustworthy, quality service

  We initially asked Golden Hands to help us re-tile our shower as the tiles had been cracked ever since we moved in. They warned us that they might uncover a bigger problem / the root cause for the cracking once the tiles were removed - and they were right! But they were so helpful at explaining to us what had happened and were really flexible when we had to wait a couple of weeks for the area to dry due to a historic leak. They were also accommodating to the fact that we wanted big tiles that are harder to fit. Super trustworthy, responsive and good value.

  Bathroom renovation

  Ondrej, Jana, Michael, Roman and the whole team were wonderful. Their communication through the whole process was fantastic, any issues and they were on the end of the phone. They always showed turned up on time and did an amazing job for a reasonable price. They transformed our bathroom and were adaptable with any changes we made as they went. They went above and beyond, even getting to ours early to help with deliveries that weren’t their problem! Would absolutely recommend. The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you!

  Great customer interaction and high quality of work.

  We needed our shower area to be repaired and chose Golden Hands Renovations Ltd to do the work. The team headed by Ondrej were professional and kept me up to date on progress. I knew exactly what was to be covered each day and what is happening the next. Looking at the shower area now, it just reminds me of those found in hotel rooms. The work was done on time and to a high standard. A very happy customer.

  Never showed up for arranged visit

  Arranged a time for Golden Hands to visit my flat to provide a quote for a kitchen renovation. Even though they suggested the date and time, they never showed up, never messaged.

From the initial enquiry, they were responsive and professional—coming in person to assess the space before providing a clear, affordable quote, which gave us real peace of mind. They started quickly and efficiently, completing our small kitchen in just over a week. Communication was excellent—they were clear on arrival times, checked in on any changes, and stuck to their timeline.
