Jason and Gabriel came to sort out our Electric range master oven that kept tripping the RCD. Proper two-man job they quickly traced it to a faulty grill element and had it sorted the same day. Great communication and response times from the company. Upfront costing. Reliable engineer (Reece). All parties were very open about a prior (in)experience specifically with the Neff Slide & Hide but were justifiably confident about their ability to investigate, provide professional advice and problem-solve. Reece patiently and carefully removed the door, diagnosed the issue, part was ordered and a few days later (once part had arrived), returned to fix the issue without issue.
