Usman was very professional and courteous. He spent his sunday afternoon trying his best to fix a dishwasher that was on its last legs. he diagnosed the issue and was honest about a full repair being more expensive than a new dishwasher. even after spending 3 hours diagnosing it and multiple replacement parts, he only charged the callout fee. I really appreciate his hard work and transparency.

Great company. I needed a repair on a dishwasher that was making an awful sound. They were the first to contact me and with a competitive quote. I arranged a quick call out and they arrived on time. I was given a price for call out and they explained that any spare parts needed woud be charged. Communication was great and they repaired the machine explaining throughout, what was wrong. No parts were needed so the cost was exactly as quoted. The job was left clean and tidy. Very friendly efficient and great value. Would recommend and would certainly use again

Took about 2 hours to change components, which is ok. but would say he was slightly inexperienced. His work kept calling him to check up on him. which is good thing. but another engineer came, within minutes he knew what to do etc.

Super quick in responding and good availability with appointments. Diagnosed the fault, ordered the part, came back to install it. They have a flat fee for visits - all you pay on top of that is parts. Really happy - will use again.

Great communication throughout. Arrived at my house when they said they would be here. No hidden costs.
