Took about 2 hours to change components, which is ok. but would say he was slightly inexperienced. His work kept calling him to check up on him. which is good thing. but another engineer came, within minutes he knew what to do etc.

Super quick in responding and good availability with appointments. Diagnosed the fault, ordered the part, came back to install it. They have a flat fee for visits - all you pay on top of that is parts. Really happy - will use again.

Great communication throughout. Arrived at my house when they said they would be here. No hidden costs.
