Very professional, problem was fixed , quick and easy.

Very happy to have the oven up and running again. They were very responsive and were quick to come out and look at the oven. It turned out after the first time that we would need to order replacement parts, which was then done and fitted. The issue is now resolved, I thought the pricing was very fair and the company also accommodated my own fairly busy schedule. Would recommend!

Very pleasant and friendly engineer. Worked carefully and precisely and when I asked him explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it.

Jason was brilliant. He called me to inform me of his arrival time, was very professional in his conduct and I really appreciated him taking the time to explain what had gone wrong and show me that the machine was now pumping water out. I would definitely book him again for another job.

My dishwasher wasn’t draining. I called appliance and they fitted me in the same day. Communicated great regarding the estimated time of arrival. Explained thoroughly what was wrong, had the spare part in the van and fixed it in one visit. Would highly recommend and will use them again definitely
