I recently had an alarm system fitted, the entire experience was excellent. The technician arrived on time, explained the process clearly and completed the installation efficiently and neatly. Everything was tested thoroughly and I was shown how to use the system before he left. Carl the owner and the sole trader of his business who I believe runs it along with his wife, originally installed my home security intruder alarm system about 5 years ago and he returns punctually to carry out the annual service. He is always a polite, friendly and professional and punctual in his work. He is contactable any time and always responds promptly, to give continued help, dealing with any query or tech issue promptly.
