Carl the owner and the sole trader of his business who I believe runs it along with his wife, originally installed my home security intruder alarm system about 5 years ago and he returns punctually to carry out the annual service. He is always a polite, friendly and professional and punctual in his work. He is contactable any time and always responds promptly, to give continued help, dealing with any query or tech issue promptly. Annual alarm service carried out promptly and without any problems or delays. My alarm was installed almost 10 years ago and has always worked perfectly. Every 3 years or so it needs a new battery (to be expected) but aside from that it’s required no repairs whatsoever.
