Carl recently came to do our annual maintenance service on our home alarm system. As always, he was very professional and efficient, and he was able to explain exactly what he was doing and why. Nothing is ever too much trouble! I highly recommend Go2 Security for any alarm needs, they are reliable and very knowledgeable.

Over the phone he talked me through how to disarm the battery. It Immediately stopped the beeping. Then he followed it up with a call in the early evening to make sure it was reassembled and working properly. He was polite and professional.

We were having issues with an old existing alarm system and searched online for burglar alarm servicing and Go2 Security was listed first. Carl from Go2 Security come out the following day and replaced the backup battery in no time at all. He also gave the entire system a full service and checked all of our existing zone sensors throughout the house. Carl has extensive knowledge of burglar alarm systems and gave us recommendations for future upgrading. It can be difficult to find great trades people so we were really relieved to have found Carl.

I recently had an alarm system fitted, the entire experience was excellent. The technician arrived on time, explained the process clearly and completed the installation efficiently and neatly. Everything was tested thoroughly and I was shown how to use the system before he left. I would definitely recommend anyone to check this company out if they are looking to improve their home security.
