9 Condensation remedy, plastering and decorating

The work involved remedying a condensation problem in the bedroom bay window, skimming the walls in the bedroom, hallway, stairs and landing, and redecorating same. The work was carried out to a high standard throughout. The decorator in particular did an excellent job paying attention to detail resulting in an excellent finish. 10 Professional rendering, neat finish

Kevin recently completed rendering on our property and the standard of work was excellent. The finish is smooth and even, with real attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and that we were happy with the result. Throughout the job he kept everything tidy and was reliable with timings, turning up when he said he would. Communication was clear and the quote provided was accurate with no surprises. 10 Damp proof issue and external rendering replaced.

After an initial visit and recommendation of a chemical damp proof course, an issue was identified with the quality of render that had been applied to an extension. We took the decision to have this removed and replaced, this was done with little fuss and with due respect to us still living in the house. Since then the house has been repainted. How soon after I accept your quote could you start work?
We currently are working on a minimum 4-6 week lead time, (occasionally booked jobs are delayed and we then will bring your project forward if convenient to you)

Depending on the service required and system installed we can offer various guarantees. Manufacturers guarantees (available to Go 2 Property Services) as approved installers.
We can also offer Insurance back guarantees so you will have the utmost protection.
