We contacted GO2 Property Services to deal with a damp wall in our old cottage. Kevin - whose company it is - proved to be very professional with excellent communication skills and is very responsive to e-mails, phone messages etc. He is clearly an expert and is able to explain things clearly. Darren, who did most of the work, was also pleasant and very considerate in trying to minimise the mess inside the house. The wall looks perfect now and so far (after about 9 months) is showing no signs of damp. Overall a very positive experience and we can recommend GO2 without hesitation.

The work involved remedying a condensation problem in the bedroom bay window, skimming the walls in the bedroom, hallway, stairs and landing, and redecorating same. The work was carried out to a high standard throughout. The decorator in particular did an excellent job paying attention to detail resulting in an excellent finish. The work was completed to the original quote.

Kevin recently completed rendering on our property and the standard of work was excellent. The finish is smooth and even, with real attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and that we were happy with the result. Throughout the job he kept everything tidy and was reliable with timings, turning up when he said he would. Communication was clear and the quote provided was accurate with no surprises. Overall, we’re very pleased with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin for rendering projects.

After an initial visit and recommendation of a chemical damp proof course, an issue was identified with the quality of render that had been applied to an extension. We took the decision to have this removed and replaced, this was done with little fuss and with due respect to us still living in the house. Since then the house has been repainted. Quality of work was excellent as were the craftsmen completing it. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Mr Fitzgerald arrived on time. He explained the process and made a thorough survey of our property. He relieved our worries and was charming. We were given some good advice which was followed up by an email including photos. We would happily recommend him and his firm.

Kevin and team were courteous and tidy doing an excellent job of the rendering of our external walls. They have since come back for other follow up jobs and would highly recommend.
