Entrusting builders with a lot of money and your home can be nerve wracking. That's why I'm glad we went with GM. They were trustworthy, reliable, made quick progress and communicated well throughout the experience. I asked a lot of questions at every stage and they were always happy to patiently explain answers. They were very respectful of our property and our neighbours and have completed the work to a high standard at a fair price. I will be keeping their number in case I have need of building work in the future.

Excellent work from Dean Mears and his team, they were friendly and professional. I needed repairs to cracks in exterior rendering. They completed the work to a high standard, keeping me informed and answering any questions I had. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. I plan to use them for future work.

GM Property Services LTD are just wonderful! They are clean and tidy and the quality of the work is exceptional. We had our bedroom refurbished including cupboards being stripped out, sockets moved, radiators altered and painting. Very happy with the results. Initial quotation was quick and laid everything out clearly. Didn’t need to chase them for anything, and only additions were from us adding things in! Worked very hard and managed to coordinate all the different trades within a short period of time with a good finish. Communication was really good and questions / queries answered quickly. Can’t fault them and would definitely recommend them. Will be using them again in the future.

Gary, Paul, Dean and the extended team completed our work to an extremely high standard and have given us a kitchen that we absolutely love!! Every member of the team was courteous, friendly, polite and very hard working and I would definitely recommend GM Property Services Ltd to anyone requiring building services!!
