Gianne attended to carry out a routine boiler service. He was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable speaking and explained everything you needed in detail. Wasn't pushy if you dont need and upgrade hewont try and sell you one. A very competitive price especially for a thorough job he did, was around 1 hour in total from start to end.

Clear communication and honest advice with the radiators, wasn't trying to just take our money, even suggested a few free things to help. really appreciate the honesty.

Gianne was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and acted quickly when learning our boiler was unsafe. After understanding our needs, he gave us a range of cost effective options and made sure we knew what to expect with our decision. He arrived promptly and worked a really long day to get the job done, and we will certainly be using him for future works needed, as well as our annual boiler service.

My boiler was losing pressure and I was advised by another gas engineer to buy a new one. Gianne however took the time to correctly diagnose the issue - simply a blocked pipe - and repaired it. Gianne took the time to explain the issue, shared pictures of what he found and sent a service certificate with advisory notes through after the visit. I can’t recommend Gianne highly enough and would use him again without hesitation.
