  Friendly and carried out boiler service quickly. The engineer went above and beyond and spotted an issue with our water pressure that wasn't related to the boiler and advised us to contact a plumber

  Efficient, fast and hard working. No problem was too much of a snag, and the lads still completed comfortably within the projected week timeline. Any small issues afterwards were quickly responded to and fixed without further issue.

  Same day visit

  Gareth was able to get someone to attend the same day. The job was fixed and I was called from the property to let me know what the issue was and he kindly offered to service the item while they were there.

  Quick response time and excellent service

  Called out GLR due to no heating and hot water. An engineer turned up within an hour diagnosed the fault which was a leak inside the boiler. He had the part on his van. The job was completed inside an hour. Now have heating and hot water again. Very happy. Would highly recommend.

  My boiler broke and they were there the next day. Diagnosed it straight away and got it repaired! I will continue to use these guys without hesitation!
