Engineer called in advance to advise estimated arrival time, and was bang on time. He quickly ran diagnostics, identified and rectified the issue, whilst giving advise to monitor fridge freezer performance for 48 hours to avoid any wasted food is problem returned, which it hasn’t. Very reasonable cost for excellent service, thoroughly recommended.

Top guy very friendly. My Daughters American fridge freezer had a problem. the freezer part sopped working. It was very easy to book the appointment online. The repair man dealing with our repair was able to come before the day we had originally been given. He called and asked if we would be agreeable to this. He was very polite and clear. He was at the house when he said he would be. Very quick to detect the issue and repair it. Was professional, friendly and mindful of the fact we have a dog. I wish every experience of having repairs done was like this.
