When I realised that my fridge/freezer was no longer cooling enough, it was the Easter weekend... Fortunately Glotech contacted me back on Monday and the next day the technician was here identifyng the problem and fixing it. It happens that ice can accumulate where you don't see it and this messes up with the temperatures sensors... He quickly defrosted the freezer part while explaining me the problem. By the end of the day my fride/freezer was cooling normaly.

Speedy, helpful, communicative

Made an appointment on line for engineer to attend. The day before the appointment, the engineer contacted us to say that he could come later that day. This was agreed and although his arrival was slightly outside the timescale he had given us, he still arrived as promised. The engineer was smart and polite and the problem quickly diagnosed and rectified at a reasonable cost. No hidden extras and work guaranteed.

The technician went above and beyond and sorting out our problems. Extremely efficient and diligent, cannot speak highly enough of his professional manner but very friendly as well.

Ben was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Did the job super-quick, no issues. Definitely recommend!
