Excellent service, my washing machine was short circuited but Glotech technician was able to diagnose and fix the issue.

Very fast initial response. Diagnosed accurately. Parts supplied and fitted in 48 hours. Every thing quick clean and tidy. Engineer very informative. Looked into the possible problem with my cleaning products. Can’t find anything to improve in the service I got!

Very good contact, repair booked in and Engineer arrived promptly and investigated the fault, unfortunately it was not economical to repair, the engineer was very diligent in his assessment. Great follow up by their Office.

Excellent service

We were offered a next day repair of our dishwasher, and the engineer came on time. He was a pleasant and professional man who explained what was wrong and what he's done to fix the problem. The repair took less than 30 minutes and we are very satisfied with the result.
