Used these guys to replace our fascias soffit and gutters. We were initially pleased with the work and the results however when it started raining again we have discovered a leak. Several emails and calls, always being told that they would be out tomorrow and it is still not resolved. Would not recommend.

Be very cautious — the workmanship is poor and the service unprofessional. My roof was completed with multiple issues, and my initial attempts to get them resolved were completely ignored. Only after posting a negative review did the company respond and show up the next day to make partial fixes, asking me to remove my review afterward. However, I later discovered a serious flaw on my neighbour’s side of the roof — a clear gap that can easily let water in and cause property damage. Despite several follow-up requests to have this critical issue fixed, I have received no response.

Global roofing carried out a number of jobs for me Such as a flat roof guttering and replacing tiles re-bedding rich tiles Global Roofing superb job wouldn't hesitate to recommend everything was done fast and sufficient. The price was very fair. All rubbish and debris were taken away. All work was done to a high satisfaction. Many thanks Peter Lowworth.

An update to a review of the new roof & replacement tongue & groove wall to a garage from Feb 2025. The work has developed defects especially the T&G walls opening at the seams as not interlocked, the guttering being unsecured & overflowing, poor finishing of gable and corners etc. GRS seem to work outside their area of competence, with a casual and cavalier approach to their work and a lack of care. Efforts to contact them direct & via Checkatrade to honour their 15 year guarantee have got no response. They do not honour their contract. Please exercise caution as they are pleasant guys but...

i had bad roofing work carried out on the verges of my bungalow ,i am glad that i have found mark as he has rectified the work to a very high standard. Mark gave me a competitive quote ,he and his team turned up on time carried out what was agreed on ,the team where all friendly so it was a good experience after my previous bad experience .I will need further work to be carried out in the near future so i will be using marks company to carry this out.Its good to meet an honest tradesman and i have no hesitation in recommending global roof services to others.

The team came over as promised to check on the issue. Was quickly diagnosed and they showed me how to make the fix myself and save some money! WOuld recommend.
