  Sewage and damp smell in bathroom and adjacent bedroom

  After a flood in 2022 there has been sewage smell and damp in the bathroom and bedroom which got progressively worse. Previous investigations didn’t find anything wrong with the drains. Global Drainage found the problems quickly. The pipes were dislodged in four places. They used patches to fix the issues and two days later the sewage smell is gone and the damp smell is much less. I was kept up to date throughout the process. The problem areas were shown to me on the CCTV camera and every step explained. The work was done efficiently and the area was left clean.

  Knowedgeable, clean and friendly

  Charlie came to us today On time explained everything he was doing. He was clean and respectfull of the house. He was friendly and polite as well. Workwise he unblocked a very blocked drain that was complicated by other issues which he completed. Hes a pleasure to deal with and I wouldnt hesitate recommending him to anyone.

  Realigning drainpipes

  Came to site to review the job, quoted £605 for a “duration of one day” to complete the work, when questioning I was told there was “a lot of work involved”. The work was above ground so no unforeseen issues. Charlie didn’t turn up on Friday due to a road traffic accident. I was not advised by Liam until I phoned to see where he was. Rearranged for Monday. Turned up at 9.45am and the job was finished at 11.05am - Less than 1.5 hours of work. This job was not reasonably priced nor did it honestly reflect the work involved. Paid £330 cash for 3 hours work. Would not recommend.

  Replacing a broken drain.

  A young man called Charlie came around on the dot. He was very breezy and happy and evidently knowledgeable about drains. He easily removed my old cracked drain, replaced it with a new one and cemented it in. I would definitely recommend this company on attitude, ability and price.

  Fixing cracked gully

  Charlie did a 10/10 job in replacing our cracked gully to fix an ongoing issue we've had. The team were prompt at replying via Checkatrade - whole service has been great.
