Global drainage were extremely accommodating. They quoted very quickly and amended the quote when I wanted to add/remove scope. They called to confirm timings and were very efficient when on site. I would and will use them again for my renovation.

The works were carried out satisfactorily. Replacement of gully, drainage connections and drainage repairs over 2 & half days. Liam owner was easy to liaise with.

Charlie did a maintenance clean of our domestic drains. He reported that the trap from the front inspection chamber to the main sewer was broken and collapsing. I asked him to quote for the repair, which he did a few days later. I thought the price was fair so we booked in the work. He arrived promptly on the day and just got on with the job. I was happy with the standard of workmanship. Very neat job. He returned a few days later to make sure everything was working and to fit a non-return valve. Highly recommended.

The clay gulley in our garden was completely smashed and a blockage in our drain was causing waste water to pool in our back garden resulting in a pretty horrible smell. Charlie came by within a couple of days, did not mind lifting up some of our decking and fixed the gulley and even placed a new drain cover so that the end result looked much better. Very professional and top notch job.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was a misunderstanding about the scope of work, and communication on site and via email was poor. When we raised the issue, the response was argumentative and dismissive, with very little willingness to take any responsibility for the situation. Based on this experience, we would not recommend and would not choose to work with this plumber again.

I booked Global Drainage for a CCTV survey. The operative quickly identified a blockage in my drainage system (before starting work on the survey) and offered to clear this (explaining the extra charge required). He explained how the survey would be carried out and what the survey was finding as it was underway, including the implications and work required to rectify the issues. The formal report followed within 24 hours.
