10 Front Door jammed, replacement mechanism

George was fantastic, he come out the same day we had a jammed front door. Explained and shown me exactly what the issue was and door works better than it ever did brand new. After submitting my job on Checkatrade, George reached out to help me. We arranged a suitable time for him to come and look at the lock. He arrived on time and was very polite and friendly, he fixed the door and explained what he was doing while he did it. When the front door had become difficult to lock I phoned GL_Locks during the late afternoon. George was at my house within a couple of hours, established what was needed and replaced the barrel.
